To be awarded the BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, 12 units must be completed.

Keeping your Work Team Safe and Identifying Risks:
BSBRSK401 – Identify risk and apply risk management processes
BSBWHS401 – Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures and programs to meet legislative requirements

Keeping your Work Team Safe and Identifying Risks:

Establish Business Networks:

BSBREL402 – Build Relationships and business networks

Electives may be designed to serve the needs and goals of the individual or business.

There are no prerequisite units for this program.

Participants are required to be competent in written and spoken English. Participants will undertake a learning, language/literacy and numeracy (LLN) review prior to enrolment as part of the pre-training review. Any LLN requirements will be addressed in the pre-training review.
