The Diploma of Leadership and Management is designed to empower students with the foundations necessary to lead high-performing teams and achieve operational success. The course is practical and hands-on, and allows students to develop innovative approaches to managing people, driving teams, creating value, delivering sales and services and managing risks and WHS. The course is suitable for those who are currently leading a team or managing staff, or building towards a career in management.
To be awarded the BSB51615 Diploma of Leadership and Management, 12 units must be completed.

Electives may be designed to serve the needs and goals of the individual or business.
There are no prerequisite units for this program.
Participants are required to be competent in written and spoken English. Participants will undertake a learning, language/literacy and numeracy (LLN) review prior to enrolment as part of the pre-training review. Any LLN requirements will be addressed in the pre-training review.
