Apex HR was appointed to conduct compliance checks across the Buxton real estate group and after that was completed I invited her back to our Bentleigh office for a second time. The purpose was for Diana to put in place our office systems and processes that would enhance our compliance with all of the components of the Estate Agents Act. Diana’s past experience as a regulator certainly shines as a unique resource and her impact has been invaluable.

The timing for us with Diana returning to Bentleigh was perfect for a more thorough influence during the middle of September when the Act was amended in relation to the SOI and stricter selection of relevant comparable sales. I really enjoyed the presentation provided by Diana Bevacqua from Apex. I found the process leading to the training day very transparent and professional. Diana through her initial consultation was able to get a strong understanding of our agency sector of our business and provided tailored training to suit our requirements. Diana’s background with CAV was a definite drawcard as well as a referral from a prominent agency. Apex was able to provide a roadmap that allowed our property services team clear direction for what was required for diligent reporting. We would recommend Apex to others in need for certainty, transparent, tailored training.
