Testimonials

Diana is an extremely knowledgeable individual. We are so grateful to have connected with ApexHR, from all the accessible information on the online Dashboard (that we use on a daily basis), to the group training, we cannot recommend Diana and her team enough. Diana commands the room when speaking, there is no question she has been unable to answer. Our network is so engaged in the content… who would think that the topic of ‘Compliance’ could be so interesting and fill conference rooms, yet she manages to do it time and time again. Thank you ApexHR for the support you provide our network.

Absolutely amazing in all ways! Thank you for the ongoing support and tremendous offering via your only portal.

We have been using Apex HR for several years now, and their professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry have been outstanding. They’ve played a crucial role in helping our entire group stay current with industry updates, legislative changes, and compliance requirements. Their support is proactive, responsive, and always tailored to our needs.
Whether it’s one-on-one office support or comprehensive group training sessions, Apex HR delivers high-quality service with consistency and care. We highly recommend Apex HR to any real estate business looking for trusted HR guidance, training, and industry-specific expertise.

Apex HR was appointed to conduct compliance checks across the Buxton real estate group and after that was completed I invited her back to our Bentleigh office for a second time. The purpose was for Diana to put in place our office systems and processes that would enhance our compliance with all of the components of the Estate Agents Act. Diana’s past experience as a regulator certainly shines as a unique resource and her impact has been invaluable.
The timing for us with Diana returning to Bentleigh was perfect for a more thorough influence during the middle of September when the Act was amended in relation to the SOI and stricter selection of relevant comparable sales. Diana set us on a path of impeccable compliance in every facet of our conduct being the goal. I am most thankful for the way that Diana has been able to assist with buy-in for all of her recommendations with my entire team.
As of today, the appreciation stems as far to say I have never felt better about the way we are conducting our business. The team has an upbeat uplifting feeling that is running strong in embracing the direction recommended by Diana. Bentleigh is driving change and we feel very fortunate to have engaged the service of Apex HR.

A huge thank you to Diana from ApexHR for all her help and support. Diana is always ready and willing to dive into discussions with management and staff about all sorts of topics. Holding sessions and one on one consulting has helped our business move the right way forward. She has assisted us in ensuring our business is excelling well above compliance standards and we are sincerely grateful for her efforts.

My experience with ApexHr was very pleasant. Right from Peter taking time to explain the timelines involved for the Agent Representative Certificate to receiving prompt guidance and response with marking of my assessments by Diana.
The coursework was very refined and Diana was always prompt and clear with her instructions which helped me plan and smash out the required assessments in order to complete all of them & meet the deadline date of 30th Sept 2021.
ApexHR are a great team and their motives are aligned to have their students pass out their course with minimal hiccups.

Apex HR has helped my business by establishing an effective governance structure. They also helped us to identify risks that my business was exposed to that I never would have never looked at. I now feel our business is in a better position from her consulting.
Apex HR was a business where we dealt with Diana (owner) through the whole process. She offered a customised service that was specific to our needs and circumstances. Her knowledge in my industry was amazing and she really had answers for everything. As a busy person myself I had full confidence to pick up the phone and know Diana’s information was correct and accurate (which was what I needed). I find it very beneficial when dealing with key stakeholders that they own their own business. This was the case with Apex HR and the practicality of it was that it gave me a chance to have my whole business reviewed all the way from compliance issues to the efficiency of my day to day operational tasks.
Diana was amazing from the start. An amazing sounding board from day one with working through any problems and concerns (whether that was with compliance or better delegation of tasks through my business). We will continue to us Apex HR, they are a business we will continually lean on for guidance. I would have no hesitation to continue to refer them to other business owners which I have already done.

Amazing staff, couldn’t have made it through without the help of my trainer. Would recommend training with Apex HR to anyone seeking a career in Real Estate. Thank you so much for all your support.

I really enjoyed the presentation provided by Diana Bevacqua from Apex. I found the process leading to the training day very transparent and professional. Diana through her initial consultation was able to get a strong understanding of our agency sector of our business and provided tailored training to suit our requirements. Diana’s background with CAV was a definite drawcard as well as a referral from a prominent agency. Apex was able to provide a roadmap that allowed our property services team clear direction for what was required for diligent reporting. We would recommend Apex to others in need for certainty, transparent, tailored training. I was happy that after the presentation and training was complete, Diana allows us to maintain a relationship and ask questions and keep the network going.

Did the Agents Rep course online, studied in my own time and had no issues breezing through the questions with the content provided. The in-person content was conducted over Zoom with no issue as well, would highly recommend it for quick, easy and quality service

Diana and the ApexHR team provided exemplary advice and service relating to the implementation of amendments to the Estate Agents Act. Diana’s detailed knowledge and thorough understanding of the amendments was matched with an extraordinarily practical approach to delivery of the required outcome. Her experience and attention to detail was faultless. We heartily endorse Diana and the ApexHR group.

The opportunity to do this course is fantastic. (The trainer) has made the class an enjoyable one and the way (they) teach is wonderful. Each class I do walk away feeling on top of things. You give the time to each of us students individually, which is appreciated. I have been in the (real estate) industry for 10 years now and this course has taught me a thing or two. What we have learnt from you so far we have practiced in the office. This, of course, is what it’s all about.
