    The Learning Plan describes what training is to be undertaken, who provides the training and conducts the assessments, and how, when and where this will occur.

     

    The Learning Plan is developed by the Registered Training Organisation (Apex HR) in consultation with the employer (where applicable) and the trainee/student and will be provided to you at the commencement of your training. It is a working document to be used for the duration of the Training Contract / training and must be updated as necessary to reflect the current status of training.

     

    A copy of the Learning Plan, including any updates, must be kept by Apex HR, the employer (where applicable) and trainee/student.

    For Traineeship enrolments, upon completion of this Learning Plan, the trainee is eligible to be issued with the appropriate qualification. Apex HR issues the qualification when the employer has verified that the trainee is competent in the vocation to the required industry standard.

     All students studying nationally recognised training in Australia from 1 January 2015, are required by legislation to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). A USI is an account (or reference number) made up of numbers and letters. The USI will allow you online access to your training records and results (transcript) through your online USI account. You can create, or retrieve a lost USI number from www.usi.gov.au

    Yes, the course can be studied online with virtual classrooms and do not require physical attendance

    Apex HR offer unlimited phone and email support for students between Monday and Friday, 9am – 5pm. We also encourage students to take part in our live virtual tutorials which are hosted live via zoom with trainer, allowing students the opportunity to contextualise learning material, have a deeper understanding of course material and to ask questions in real time. These tutorials are also recorded and can be accessed by students to watch in their own time if they miss a session.

Where a student misses more than three tutorials a trainer will make contact with student to discuss the student’s course progress.

    RPL, or Recognition of Prior Learning, enables you to gain credit for your existing knowledge, skills, and experiences, whether from work, life, or prior training.
